Girls golf makes strides at Tri County Invite

Heading up to compete at Hidden Acres for the Tri County invite, the girls golf team showed improvement on their 9-hole scores.

On the team, Makena Schramm ‘23 shot 116 while Ericka Kroeker ‘22 shot 128.

“They each shot their best 9-hole scores of the year,” head coach Jed Martin said. “I was happy for them because they have been steadily improving throughout the year.”

The next invite for girls golf will be happening at their own course on Sept. 14.

“I think I’m pretty confident for the next invite,” Ericka Kroeker ‘22 said. “It’s always nice to be able to golf on your own course.”
