On Monday, December 17 the freshmen girls’ basketball team fought a hard battle against Norris. The final score of the game was 31-30 with the Jeffs coming up short.

“I think it went pretty well over all, I feel like everyone was working together as a team,” Brooke Schmidt ’22 said. “We didn’t win but I feel like we all did pretty well!”

Leading scorers for the game were freshmen Karly McCord with 12 points, Jordan Tracy with 10, Jami Mans with 6, and Ericka Kroeker with 2.

“I think the freshmen who have only played one game before the Norris game did a good job for how little playing time they’ve had so far,” Alissa York ’22 said.
