Girls Golf shows promise at first invite

The Girls Golf team attended their first invite at Beatrice yesterday. There are four girls out for Golf this year, Lauren Patton ’20, Casey Nimmich ’20, Brooklen Bear ’21, and Addi Parrack ’21. They finished with a team score of 566. There were six teams that participated in the invite.

“I liked that they improved their scores from the first nine to the back nine,” Golf Coach Jed Martin said. “Beatrice is the hardest course we’ll play all year, and it was the first time two of the girls have ever played 18 holes.”

Casey Nimmich ’20 scored a 125. Lauren Patton ’20 scored a 137. Addi Parrack ’21 scored a 141. Brooklen Bear ’21 scored a 163. They will be back in action on Thursday with a dual at Beatrice.
