This past Saturday the Jeffs junior varsity wrestling team went to Centennial. The team was a little banged up from the home invite the night before., but had a successful meet nonetheless.
Isaiah Weers ’19 and Devin Holliday ’19 both brought home medals for the Jeffs. Weers got second, and Holliday got third. Coach Garfield was happy with the team and thought that they were improving.
“We definitely need to improve on our offense and finishing our shots.” Isaiah Weers ’19 said.
February 1st will be the last time the JV team will get to perform. Come and support them as the Jeffs dual Beatrice Thursday night.
