Lady Jeffs won over Sutton 45-42. Jessa Eden ’19 was the leading scorer with 18 total points. Sara Huss ’20 came in second with 10. Macy Ohlde ’18 followed with 6. Ohlde and Eden both made two three point shots.
“It was not our best performance, but we found a way to end it in the end.” said Head Coach Amy Engle-Evans
“The game went really well for us,” said Jessa Eden ’19. “We had a lot of ups and downs, but honestly we are happy with the win.”
The next big game for the Jeffs will be Monday, January 29 at home. This will be the start of the Conference Tournament. The game begins at 5:45.
