McCown signs to play softball

This past week, Sarah McCown ’18 signed with Cloud County Community College to play softball.

For McCown it was a no-brainer when choosing Concordia, KS.

“The coach is a really nice guy and won me over on the softball side,” McCown said. “I like that the campus is small and pretty close to home too.”

As being the first of the seniors to sign this year, Taylor Biehl has high hopes for her player.

“I think Cloud will be a good fit for her. She’ll be able to continue working on her skills there,” head softball Taylor Biehl said.

Along with playing softball, she will be majoring in criminal justice at Concordia.

“I can’t wait for the next chapter of my life to begin,” McCown said.
