Honors 1 participates in a marathon of writing

The Honor English 1 class did a writing marathon around the school. They went around to different spots of the school to sit at and write. The kids got to write about whatever they wanted to. They sat at each spot for about five minutes then moved to a different one. They did this for the whole 90 minutes of class.

One group went to each of the bathrooms to write. They sat in the corners of the bathrooms. Another group went into Junior High class rooms to write. Some kids wrote about the description of the teachers that they were looking at. Another kid wrote about a mother getting shot from his mothers perspective.

“I thought that it went well, it was also fun to be able to write about anything we wanted and I would do it again because some people wrote some funny things,” Isaac Robertson ’19 said.
