The Milford Eagles handily beat the Jeffs with a final score of 28-0.
“The game against Milford we played well but just couldn’t get things clicking on offense,” Head coach Cory Schweitzer said.
The Jeffs will be on their home field once again on Tuesday, October 3 at 4:30, this time facing the Auburn Bulldogs.
“Our season is going pretty good. We have some people that are hurt but have others stepping up and taking on roles that they normally wouldn’t play…We need to get back to playing more physical football on both sides of the ball and limit the big plays on the defensive side of the ball. I would like to see a complete team effort for 4 quarters in our last game against Auburn,” Coach Schweitzer said.
