On Friday the 22, Jeffs Football traveled to Lincoln to go head-to-head against the Lincoln Christian Crusaders. After a slow start, the Jeffs were victorious with a score of 54-0.
“They were just trying to burn the clock down,” Quarterback Adam Wasserman ’18 said. “And we kept rolling.”

Leading the Jeffs to victory was Wasserman with an almost perfect passing record of 12-14 for the night, Jacob Johnson ’18 with three rushing touchdowns, and Cayman DeBoer ’18 with 167 rushing yards, six catches, and two touchdowns. On the defensive side, Zach Holes ’18 and Seth Firmanik ’20 led the Jeffs with 6 tackles each.
Next week Fairbury faces off against Ashland-Greenwood at home. Be sure to come and support the Jeffs in their race for 6-0!
